Auschalink Fashion Garments Co., Ltd. is a professional fashion garment manufacturer, especially for middle and high end ladies' fashion garments. Dongguan Auschalink Fashion Garments Co., Ltd. customers are garment retail chain stores and wholesalers, agents from Australia, Europe,UK,USA etc.
We have strong production capacity with high flexibility. We have strong ability to accept small quantity orders (MOQ can be 100pcs/color/style). Currently we have an output of 30,000 - 50,000 units every month. We directly manage 2 factories for woven fabric: one for silk, chiffon, satin and thin fabric, the other for cotton fabric and fashionable knitted fabric. We also work closely with 10 more factories for denims, knitwear, shoes, bags and jewelry. Our QC can audit all stage of production if production is done outside.
Which we can do for our customers is: OEM(customers provide styles with their own labels); ODM(customers select our design and use their own labels or our label); sourcing fresh fabrics, accessories (bags,shoes,jewelry,scarves etc for our customers).
Our teams are all able to communicate with customers directly in English via e-mail or phone. They are all seninor designers of fashion garments and know details of garments, communication thus become much easier and efficient.So you just need to tell us what you need, we will handle all here for you.
Our New Design: We have 5 senior designers for ladies' fashion garments. We can provide new design styles for our customers each season. Customers can select from these styles and we can do the modification as customers' requests.
Customers' Design: We can help you do most styles by original samples or specification sheets. Normally we will translate all details to our sample room,and try to make sure all samples can be finished as customer's requirements.
Samplings: Our team is prossional and effcient that all samples can be finished within 5-7 days.
Quality control:We are always insist on high quality products.As you know,we can learn more form faulty.As to do perfect works,we have set up a system to record all experience from our years and years' making details that we always keep quality attention in mind base on these past experience.Alao we have an inspected team to do 100% quality inspection,so our customers do not need to worry about quality detials,even for small details,we can make sure all thread is trimmed carefully,all dimensions can be made within tolerance,all fabric is without fading problem,zips go smoothly etc before shipping.In a word,pls trust our professional,we will give you best service.
