Our business philosophy and objective is to aim to provide our customer with the safest and high quality living experience.Our advantages:We have our own plastic mould and plastic injection factory named Dongguan YueLong plastic metal technology Co., Ltd. who has been dedicated in the high-tech plastic mould making and plastic injection for over 17 years. Most of the manufacturing process are carried out in-house, such as mould making, plastic injection, silk screen printing, spray paint etc.We have a strong R&D team, focusing on new product design and development and mould design and produce. Can provide ODM and OEM one-stop solution for our customers efficiently.Mold workshop: 2 sets of CNC machining center, 2 sets of carving machine, 6 sets of milling machine, 2 sets of Grinding machine, 2 sets of wire-cut , 4 sets of spark machine.Injection wokshop: we have total 32 injection machine range from 70T to 500T.Automatic surface spraying workshop: Company&＃39;s three spray two baking automatic spraying production line put into operation in August 2012, the line was designed to meet the high standard surface treatment requirements.We have stringent quality control process, through incoming inspection, production quality control to final inspection. Our company has passed ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 certification.We have built long term material supply agreement with Eastman regarding the Tritan material supply for our products.
