Scientific-Industrial Enterprise «ECONAD» Ltd. was founded in 1991. The basis of the SIE «ECONAD» is the development and implementation of environmental technologies, aimed at the elimination of oil pollution of the environment. The result of research work was the creation of the biopreparation "Econadin" - sorbent and destructor of petroleum hydrocarbons and technologies of its application. Years of experience of the biopreparation "Econadin" in marine and oil industry has alloEconadd to create "econad biotechnologies" for water purification and bioremediation of contaminated land. Developed "econad biotechnologies" surpass world analogues of purity and simplicity of the process. At the head of SIE «ECONAD» - Solovyov Valentin Ivanovich the expert BSEC (Black Sea Economic Cooperation) on the oil spill response in the Black Sea, a corresponding member IAEMN (International Academy of Ecology, Man and Nature). Biotechnology, developed by SIE«ECONAD» awarded medals, diplomas, certificates of several regional, national and international exhibitions: - "Ecology of Russia", 1993, Moscow, Russia; - Exhibition of the 5th anniversary of Ukraine`s independence in 1996, Kiev, Ukraine; - 2nd regional scientific and technical exhibition "Perspectives of XXI", 2000, Odessa; - The international exhibition "EXPO - 2000", Hannover, Germany; - Science and Technology Exhibition "Environmental Regatta, 2001 , Odessa; - The international exhibition "Hannover Messe", Hannover, Germany; - Science - Production ", 2002, Odessa, - The international exhibition and symposium of ideas and Investment, "Millennium", 2002, Odessa; - The national fairs with international participation "Environment 2000-2004", Kiev, - 5th Pan-European Conference of Environment Ministers "Dovkіllya for Europe", Kiev, In 2002 SIE «ECONAD» took part in joint international bilateral command post exercise of the Ukrainian-Polish working group " Mostiska Strazhava-2002" on emergency oil pollution border waters. In 2003-2004 - in the international exercise of liaison officers and experts of the participating BSEC (Black Sea Economic Cooperation), which have been demonstrated "econad biotechnologies" for localization and liquidation of oil pollution of water bodies and soil. Of the scientific-research work carried out by SIE «ECONAD», published over 50 scientific papers in journals, proceedings of international symposia and conferences. Nowadays, the development of SIE «ECONAD» received worldwide level of recognition, as evidenced by the fact that at the World Exhibition EXPO 2005 in Japan`s environmental technologies our company has been nominated in the competition " 100 best global environmental technology to create suitable living conditions in the future". Currently, the biopreparation "Econadin" is widely used on the entire territory of Ukraine. Major consumers of "econad biotechnologies" in 2000 - 2010 are: - Sea and river ports; - Oil and Gas enterprises; - Oil refineries; - Chemical factories; - Fish plants; - Military; - Airports; - Pipeline services; - Etc.
