The real fact behind dehydrated vegetables is that there is no loss in nutritional value.  The only difference betEDCAN PRODUCTSen fresh vegetable and dried, is the moisture content.  All nutritional value is still maintained to the highest level.  All vitamins stay “true†to the product.
Our process of drying is a very delicate one. Â We dry at the optimum temperature. Â Too high and the veg will burn, too low and rot sets in very quickly.
For our product to be a success, we have to depend on the correct heat, the correct moisture in the air and make sure the air circulates at the correct speed without any obstruction.
It is imperative that all vegetables are harvested at the correct freshness, as there are numerous factors the influence the correct drying process. The flavour of the vegetable must be correct too.
