Electrogen co., a private joint stock, was established in 1980 by private investors. The factory is situated in ELECTROGEN Co.st south of Tehran on a 50, 000 m2 plot. Electrogen co. with 700 personnel is the leading manufacturer of over 50 different types of industrial and household electrical motors, such as various types of air-conditioner and washing machine electrical motors, water-cooler pumps, and various types of gas and oil burners. Products of Electrogen co. are in the range of 0.05 to 1.5 kw and conform to international dimensions and standards.
