  Within Siemens Project, the Corporation not only consults and supports a client, but also creates a dealer network for promotion of Siemens goods in the market of Russia.
  In the end of 2005, Electrotechnical Corporation and German Company Punker were carrying on negotiations, which resulted in signing an agreement. According to this agreement achieved, Punker Company gives to Electrotechnical Corporation an exclusive right to represent Punker articles in Russian Federation.
