Shalom Coffee is an arabica-focused specialty coffee company based in Vietnam. Elias Viet Nam Coffee Company work with producers in the greater mekong region to achieve the highest possible quality and sustainability in coffee.

We produce, select, process and roast some of the finest arabicas available, from Indonesia, Thailand and Laos, and distribute them on the domestic and regional coffee markets in Asia-Pacific.

The image of Vietnam as a producer and marketer of low quality, cheap coffee, is soon to be altered as we are gaining the respect of international trading partners and already selling products in various five star environments and through respected retailers.

Our passion for coffee quality as well as sustainability has helped us to establish meaningful relationships with various players in the food, hospitality and retail sector and is supporting our growth from a small roasting venture with one cafe to a chain with multiple outlets in a short amount of time.

All this is only possible due to the hard work and passion of coffee farmers, who do their utmost to produce a fine crop.
