Engineered polymers (India) Pvt. Ltd. (ENPLAS) has emerged as a leader in technology and product range for stock shapes and machined parts of engineering and high performance plastics in India. This reputation is earned as a result of developmental efforts carried out over past two decades.
The technology to make these products has been developed in-house - it encompasses the disciplines of chemistry, mechanical and control engineering. The feed backs received from the field applications are continuously incorporated to finely hone the products.
ENGINEERED POLYMERS (INDIA) PVT LTD manufacture our products at a state of the art facility located in dose vicinity of Bangalore and an associated production facility in North Amenca . We utilize reactive processing of lactams to make cast nylon 6, cast nylon 12 and their other modifications. The process of extrusion is used to make shapes of materials ranging from PVC to PEEK. All our products undergo extensive stress reliving proces s to ensure lowest possible residual stresses. We offer finished parts machined in in-house machine-shop having conventional and CNC machining facility. Parts range from weights of 1 gm to over 200 kgs, diameters 5 mm to over 2000 mm and lengths up to 3 meters.
R & D is an integral part of our organization. Our work ranges from development of new applications, new formulations, design of process equipment and determination of tribological properties.
Our quality assurance system is certified as per ISO 9001-2000. Quality is monitored from raw materials to finished parts at various stages of production. It is also possible to offer third party inspection.
