Enki glass industry pvt. Ltd., established in 2009, earned enduring national fame in the industry of manufacturing glass bottles.

ENKI GLASS IND.PVT LTD basic intention to offer complete solutions with assured quality and timely delivery for Pharma,Liquor and FMCG industry.Our manufacturing facilities for glass bottles are based in Kondh near ankleshwar .


1. Furnace capacity - We have an 100 Metric Ton Per Day capacity Furnace with high technology automatic control equipments. We adopt an automatic batch mixing process for our molten glass. We used to maintain the glass strength .


2. No. and type of machines - We have four automatic I/S machines. These machines completely run through air and oil, as such no direct power supply is required. Out of four three machines are six section double gob weight ranging from 85 gms to 250 gms and one machine is six section single gob weight ranging from 300 gms to 1000 gms.


3. Quality Parameters Adopt - We are using all the latest scientific equipment for testing the raw material and finished product. Some techniques is as follows: Thermal Shock for strength, Polari Scope for proper annealing, Pressure test for glass load ability, etc. We are also adopting SQC checking before dispatching the finished goods.
