Established in 2003, environCom is the largest independent EnvironCom LtdEE solutions company in the UK catering for all WEEE categories and providing compliance solutions Our core purpose is to recover the greatest value for our customers from Waste Electrical and Electronic products Delivered through; Re-use � Test (safety and functional) and certify for re-use Up-Cycle � repair product for second life use Harvest � removal of re-usable components to use in repairs Recycle � end of life product We have contracts with retailers, charities, local and district authorities, compliance schemes and waste management companies EnvironCom is fully licensed by The Environment Agency as an AATF (Authorised Approved Treatment Facility) environCom processes in excess of 1, 500, 000 electrical appliances every year Our unique proposition focuses on Re-Use and Up-Cycling first, only recycling when all other value has been harvested On arrival we carry out a three stage assessment process to determine value recovery route; Visual inspection Functionality test Portable appliance test All products that pass are graded (Silver or Bronze) classified Re-Use and put back onto the Market All high quality goods failing functionality testing go to the repair workshop where they are stripped down, repaired, cleaned, QC tested and graded (Gold)
