Equilibar back pressure valves are available in SS316, Hastelloy C, PTFE, and other materilas to meet your chemical compatibility needs, high temperatures, and high pressures. Pressure ranges from inches of water column through 5000psi are available. Our back pressure control valves are used to test automotive and aircraft fuel pumps. Our vacuum regulators are often used to accurately simulate altitude pressure in test cells with widely varying flow rates. Our Instrument Series of research regulator is accepted as the best solution for research reactors and catalyst research for plastic research, petrochemical research, and biofuel research. The ZF series "zero flow" model is designed specifically for petrochemical reservoir core analysis where the pressures and temperatures from dep within the Earth must be simulated. Our precison vacuum regulators are often used to control the concavity of thin walled containers in canning and bottling operations. All back pressure regulators are hand assembled and tested per your specific application requirements in our North Carolina facilities. When custom configured from stock parts delivery is 3 to 5 days. Custom machined parts are 3 to 4 weeks and clean sheet designs are often ready in 6 to 8 weeks.
