We use product non-washing technique and PEG-production technology for quality monitoring to fully meet specific requirements of customers. Non-difference quality control system is applied in whole production process. Through high-standard cold chain system and advanced sterilization technique, the transport and processing can be performed through sterile wholly-polished 316L stainless steel. HACCP standard is carried out in three key control points, inspection of received raw materials, sterilization, and light inspection. Each product shall be subject to automatic inspection by advanced testing equipment, and also be delivered to authorized testing organization for further inspection. Cosmetics: With a modernized 100-thousand-grade purification GMP workshop covering an area of over 8, 000 square meters, ERA can furnish customers with timely and customized services of OEM/ODM. Using MIZUHO series vacuum emulsification equipment in 50Kg, 350Kg, 650Kg and 1, 500Kg with digital control system and advanced technologies, ERA is capable of providing quality products with desirable luster, structure and ductibility.
