Ether Co., Ltd CEIEC ETHER electronics Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of CEIEC Shenzhen, a PRC-based company established in 1980 with capital of over $1.25 billion US and over 30 facilities throughout the PRC having a full range of ODM, engineering, manufacturing and quality management capabilities. CEIEC was established by the Chinese government to facilitate manufacturing, importing and exporting of consumer electronics products. Ether Electronics Co., Ltd was established in 2005.
