Euro-Novex Kft is a market leader company in collecting and recycling used car and truck tires in Hungary. Euro-Novex Kft deal with used tires for over 25 years, evolved during this period a wide network also in the CEE region. Our plant is capable of processing and recycling 15, 000 tons of used car and truck tires per year using special selecting, chopping, grinding and shredding machines. The complete procedure is done at room temperature. As a result of the processing procedure, the end product is a special pure shredded rubber with 3 different particle sizes: 0-1 mm, 1-2 mm and 2-4 mm. The shredded rubber can be used as additive material in a wide range of the industry plus it is one of the more important additives used to produce proper materials for various synthetic sport fields. Companies in Hungary, Romania, South Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia are the main market for this product currently. The 2-4 mm granulate is further processed and the so called „Aktiv Rub-R” is made. This “fine flour” is the most complicated to achieve at a constant high quality. This product is the result of long years of research and development. It consists of 44% natural and 15% synthetic rubber. The use of this product is completely different. In the production of various rubber articles this product can substitute natural rubber, and at the same time it is cheaper. This achievement was a very important milestone in the research and development as the natural rubber is becoming a more and more scarce natural resource. On the other hand this product is a very popular bitumen admixture material used in the road construction industry. It is proven to increase the lifetime and quality of the built road, decreases noise pollution, and it is way cheaper than other currently used bitumen admixture materials.
