See below!!!FIRST$490/480 1MMT HOUSTON, 250,000 IN TANKS READY TO LIFTPROCEDURES1, Buyer and Seller, its mandate and intermediaries returns signed NCNDA and IMFPA.2, Buyer issues ICPO (Ask Clara for the name).3, Buyer also issues an RWA, specific to this deal (from a top 25 bank), to Seller to be verified via phone, banker to banker.(Word format is not acceptable) 4, After successful confirmation of RWA as POF Seller will issue Full POP to Buyer. 5.Seller will also issue contract to Buyer and Buyer returns signed contract.6.Buyer then issues a conditional MT-103/23 within 24 hours to cover the amount that is liftable.
