• Fashion Design Council of Uttrakhand, is an association of young & telented ladies designers of Uttrakhand, a Himalayan state of India, duly formed after taking proper consent from Fashion Design Council of India. It is headed by a creative and socially aware legend Ms. Suman Lata Pal. Basically FDCU imparts training to the native young ladies designers about Fashion Designs and different womencrafts. All the products made by the trainee designers are put for exhibition/ sale. There are certain unique designs selected for mass production and merchandising domestically as Fashion Design Council Of Uttrakhand, Indiall as to abraod market. The charges collected are shared with the designers as well as with FDCU. The training is imparted by its body named as International Academy of Fashion Technology. This endeaver is solely for providing and empowering young women entreprenures from the Himalayn rural folks by equipping them with fine knowledge of crafthood, refine presentation techniques and enriching them in their ***** has fully equipped lab, library and production workshop having latest machines duely supported with CAD and CAM ***** has proud association ship with latest designing software Opti-Tex having 2D/3D designing capabilites apart from other general feeding adds.
