Dear sir / Madam,

Fine Metal Traders introduce ourselves as importers/traders of steel scraps based at Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.  We have a regular requirement totaling to appx. 9000- 12000 MT PM. We buy in containers, C&F Nhava Sheva, India. ( for final destination ICD Ludhiana inland haulage to our a/c).
Sir/ Madam, I would like to know the following details so that we can maintain good trading relations with each other for future as well, and it is mandatory for us to know these details as per the company policy.

Following are my requirements: ( These Questions are mandatory).

1. Price per ton C&F in 20 Ft. containers only.
2. Shipping to be done at Nhava sheva port( India), ICD Ludhiana inland haulage to our a/c.
3. Which is the shipping line through which the scrap material is going to come.
4.What is the frequency of sailing of the vessel from your port to our port ( that is how many times the vessel leaves a month?).
5. How much time does it take for the vessel to reach our port?.
6. Which is your port of loading the goods?
7. The origin place of the material.
8. How many containers can you pack in a day?
9. What is the average weight of the containers?
10. Your complete contact details with your email id and mobile no.
11. Pictures of the scrap available if possible.
12. How many free days will we get at our port to load the goods on the rail to ludhiana?



Payment Details:
1. We will pay you 10% advance on placing of the containers immediately.
2. And the remaining 90% when the containers are loaded on the vessel (Ship on board letter from the shipping company)

Starting we will purchase 1000 mt starting  and if the materials is good.
Then from next month we will regularly buy 5000Mt. for long term.
