The company produces Tomato sauce, Chillie sauce, Coconut Cream, Soy Sauce, Coconut Oil and Worcestershire PMU Sauce which is produced under licence for Goodman Fielder (Fiji) Ltd. Other agro-based products are produced eg. Palusami, which is a ready to eat dish of taro / dalo leaves (leaves of Colocasia Esculenta) in coconut cream, Duruka a Fijian vegetable delicacy or grain sorghum (Saccharum Edule), Breadfruit or Uto (Artocarpus Altilis), Ivi or Tahitian Nuts. The company continues to develop food products using local indigenous vegetables, fruits and root crops & fresh fish & lobsters for local and export markets. The fine quality foods are manufactured under the brand name “PACIFIC CROWN”, “PACIFIC KING”, RED RIBBON”. These are sold locally and exported to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. The frozen seafood is HACCP ACCREDITED. The dry goods are US FDA ACCREDITED.
