FormuMax is a Supplier of High Quality Cosmetic LipoNutraTM Liposomes

FormuMax has successfully developed a series of nutritional liposomes, called LipoNutraTM. Skin care actives, such as vitamins, are truly encapsulated in LipoNutraTM liposomes manufactured using our MaxiSomeTM technology in collaboration with experts in the cosmetic field. The MaxiSomeTM technology utilizes a combination of a high encapsulation manufacturing process and the use of a special brand of phospholipids that is selected for the maximum skin absorption/penetration, formulation stability, prolonged action of the encapsulated actives. These liposomes have excellent stability and miscibility with most existing cosmetic creams and lotions.

Although there are many cosmetic products that contain liposomes, our LipoNutraTM liposomes are truly superior. First, with our tremendous experience in liposome encapsulation of pharmaceutical actives, The actives in our LipoNutraTM liposomes are encapsulated to a very high percentage (>50% for water-soluble actives and nearly 100% for insoluble actives), rather than like many liposomes in the market which are simply mixtures of low grade lipid with low amount of the active; Secondly, we use very high grade phospholipids that is essentially white in color and liposomes prepared from it would not add any color tint your cream/lotion base (except when colored actives are used); Third, our products have excellent stability. ATP (adenosine triphosphate), for instance, is a very important cell-communicating factor for healthy skin, but very unstable and converts to ADP and AMP in a matter of hours-days. Nobody has been able to stably encapsulate ATP (adenosine triphosphate) until now. Our MaxiloadTM technology enables the stable encapsulation of ATP and our LipoNutraTM ATP has passed 3 months 40 deg C stability test. We also offer other high quality LipoNutraTM liposomes encapsulated actives, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin B3 (niacinamide), co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10).
