About the dietary fiber:
The soluble dietary fiber is the NO.7 nutrition element. It is a user-friendly, natural starch-oriented ingredient. The physical characteristics of soluble dietary fiber are low viscosity, excellent solubility and transparency and have a clean taste. Beside, the soluble dietary fiber can prevents intestinal mucosal atrophy due to the long-term administration of enteral nutrition and increases of Bifidobacterium. It reduces the postprandial rise in blood glucose levels, decreases fat in internal organs and lowers serum cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels but does not reduce HDL-cholesterol levels.
