Fujian Minhang Electronics Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise in China specializing in the development and production of integrated circuit ceramic package shell. It is a state-level large-scale integrated circuit high-density packaging national key industrial test base, has more than 30 years history and advanced equipment, strong technology, best product quality in ceramic package industry. Fujian Minhang Electronics Limited can develop and produce CLCC, CQFP, CPGA, CBGA, CDIP, CFP, MCM series of nearly 100 kinds of integrated circuit ceramic package shell. From 2000 onwards, the company developed 45 new military products (48 varieties), three series of spectrum (24 varieties) and military standard products. These products are widely used in aerospace, aviation, navigation, national important weapons and equipment and various types of civilian electronic products and other areas; has made outstanding achievements, of which four products reached the domestic leading level, 13 products reached the domestic advanced level. Company ceramic shell military production line has 60 management, production, inspection staff. The company has all kinds of scientific research and production equipment 109 sets, inspection and testing equipment 13 sets, measuring instruments 62 sets, and total of 21 infrastructure lines. The company in November 2007 passed the national defense weapons and equipment research and production units confidential qualification examination and certification committee on-site confidentiality certification, and on July 22, 2008 got three secrecy qualification certificate (No.: FJC08003). Ceramic shell production line successfully passed the GJB546A-96 Electronic Components Quality Assurance Program on-site certification in January 2008. Also passed the GB / T19001-2008 and GJB9001A-2001 quality management system on-site certification on July 12, 2009. In recent years, the company has two military scientific research achievements got Fujian Province Science and Technology Third Prize with 23 patents. 2004 was awarded the Fujian Province manufacturing information application demonstration enterprises, in 2005 got the national Torch Program project units, in 2006 to 2008 got the Fujian Province high-tech enterprises, in 2006 got Fujian Province major implementation unit of science and technology projects.
