FuFuwei Film(SHANDONG) CO.,LTDi films (Shandong) Co., Ltd., which located in Weifang New Hi-technological and Industrial Development Zone, Shandong Province, is one of the leading suppliers of BOPET films in China. Fuwei owns 2 lines of BOPET with advanced technology worldwide and total designed capacity of 28800 tpa high quality BOPET films with a thickness range of 6~125 ?m.
In 1997, the first BOPET line of Fuwei which designed by Bruckner was put into production with a capacity of 13800 tpa. In 2003, the second line from DMT was successfully commissioned, providing 3-layer co-extrusion (CBOPET) films with an output of 15000 tpa. In 2005, the third BOPET line from Bruckner is under construction.The line will be capable of producing 23000 tpa thick BOPET films with a thickness range of 50~200?m. It will be mainly used in many industrial applications including the base films for electronics and TFT-LCD.
There are well equipped labs and R&D center with high technologies.The BOPET products were certified by ISO9001:2000 and administered by FDA and UL.
In 2004,total sales of Fuwei achieved about 400 million RMB,acted as the second status of BOPET market in China.The brand of Fuwei products-?NEO-LUCKTM ? has been well-known. NEO-LUCKTM films are well sold domestically and exported to America,Europe,and Japan etc.
