G & t development ltd is a manufacturing company based in the far-east. With total near 1000 employees G & T Development Ltd dedicated in the business of making rubber and plastic products and developing the relevant techniques & machinery. We've been serving the customers from the automotive parts industry and the conveying feeding system industry. And here is the brief introduction of our company:

1) organization structure and the origin of the company
The holding company is g & t development ltd with a couple of subsidiaries in the industry of rubber, plastic, new materials, tooling and machinery making and importing/exporting.

We are in the business since 1984 and we set up a holding company in 1998 to restructure and integrate our resources to serve our customers in a manner that higher efficient and more cost effective.

2) products and services introduction
Rubber and plastic products section(with material of silicone, epdm, nr, nbr, sbr, viton, neoprene, santoprene, etc. We also can supply plastics products of vinyl, pvc, pp, pe, abs, nylon, polyacetal, etc. ):
Our main business is to produce high quality rubber and plastic injection/extrusion products, total near 800 employees are dedicated in this business section. We are a good supplier of rubber and plastic parts to many famous customers in automotive industry and conveying feeding system industry.

New materials section:
As the tremendous demand of substitute of wooden materials we have developed series new materials for the use of the furniture and car decoration.

Tooling and machinery section:
We produce the tooling and machinery in house to keep the advantage of technique know-how. Our machinery engineer team has developed or improved so much on the machinery so that we can adopt many new production techniques very quickly.

Importing/exporting section:
We have set up a respective business unit for importing/exporting and the relevant business. We are able to provide our customers the service from supplier auditing, quality inspection to logistics solutions to satisfy our customers one stop shopping demand.

The company has a serial of advanced and precise inspecting and testing equipments and instruments just about for all specification testing needs such as ozone-resistant equipments, xenon-lamp ageing testing equipments, curing testing machines, ultraviolet radiation (weather resistance) equipments, heat/cold test equipments, push/pull equipments, salt vapor corrosion test equipments, project instruments.

4) r & d
The tech lab and inspection center have been equipped by over 40 sets all kinds necessary test equipments and instruments for r&d and inspection. The inspection and test center consist of raw material analysis lab, mixing rubber property test lab, products property test and compounding test etc.

The intelligent and solid engineering team make it is possible to consistent improve the quality and take the advantage in the international markets.
