• The Spartan Table provides people with the essence of the tastes of the Land of Spartans. Many of G. Vamvakiti products come directly from the Mountains of Lakonia where they have grown high in the mountains for thousands of years.Other products are harvested from our olive groves, where our family has practiced traditional cultivation methods since the early 1900s. We strive to introduce these unique products to people who seek authentic and natural ways to enrich their daily nutrition. Fulfilling our dream is helping people to learn about, enjoy and understand the truly forgotten tastes and meaning of life.
