I mainly want sellers who use PAYPAL. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SEND ME INFORMATION!  I am a small business, and have little money, yet I can use PAYPAL along with Western Union and Money Gram.  Already I have dealt with SCAMMERS, who tell me they have a product and then when I send them the money through PAYPAL, they tell they do no have the product.   I want HONEST SELLERS.  If you do not have a product at a certain time then let me know.  This does not mean I will not do business with you, but it will prevent me from wasting time waiting for a product that is not there.
