GAYATREE POLYMERS PVT LTD one of the leading manufacturer of Rubber Moulded Parts. In the year 1985 small group of skilled people led by Mr. N. C. GANDHI came together & laid the foundation of Gayatree Polymers Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, India.
Our range of products includes:
O Rings, Bellows, Seals, Diaphragms, Anti-vibration mountings, Couplings, Rubber Rollers, Engine Gaskets & so many.
The type of polymers used:
Natural Rubber, SBR, NBR, Neoprene, Viton, Silicon, Polyacrylic, EPDM, HNBR, Hypelon, Vamac, Fluro Silicon, etc.
We have taken continuous effort to upgrade the Quality of Product by adding machines with a latest features viz Rep. France make Rubber Injection Moulding Machine having 100 tone capacity, Vacuum Chambers machines of TUNG-YU, Taiwan etc. We are having Ultra Modern setup of Laboratory equipments like Oscillating Disc Rehometer, Ozone Chamber, etc. We have kept separate Tool Room Division for tool designing and making.
We are having a good team of Skilled Operators, Educated Staff & the Technical Expertise to pay extra attention on the production, development & administration. We also have achieved ISO 9001 status in the year 2002 & now planned to achieve QS 14000.
We are catering to some of the reputed customers in Indian Industries and also exporting the rubber parts to Japan. With most of them we have achieved DOL (Direct on Line) status, also awarded by best delivery performance.
We are confident to develop any critical component of rubber, as per your drawings & specification.
