Inception GBC Catering was incepted in 2012 & was finally operational on Jan 10th, 2014. GBC Production facility is product unit of GINNYS a 25-year-old known name in Retail Bakery & Cake trade in Dubai. Built over 5000 sqft the facility is going to be HACCP & ISO 22000 compliant by the second half of the year. The list of machines range from: Mono Bread Moulder Rotary Rack & Deck Ovens Blast Freezer Cutting Lines The facility has the capacity to produce 35000 -40000 units GBC Catering & Serviceighing approx 50grams - 75grams. The initial products we have started to develop & offer our potential clients are: White Flour Sandwich Bread -950grams- 18 slices – 14mm thick Whole Meal Sandwich Bread – 950grams -18slices- 14mm thick Ciabatta Sandwich – 100 grams & 120 grams Demi Baguette -130 grams Focaccia Sheets -2000grams Petit Plain French- 30 grams Petit Whole Meal -30 grams Petit Multi Cereal- 30 grams Chicken Puff Pastry – 80 gram
