«General Machinery Group»(Food and Pack Industry) located in the village Nazarbek, Zangiata district of Tashkent region, the main focus of General Machinery Group (Food And Pack Industry) is the processing of fruits and vegetables, shock freezing of agricultural products in order to further exports. The enterprise has installed equipment for processing agricultural products of Italian firm «BOEMA», by shock freezing of the Austrian company «Frigo-Scandia» and a large freezer firm «YORK INTERNATIONAL». Installation and commissioning works carried out by experts of firm «YORK INTERNATIONAL». Having this kind of equipment the company is able to process and freeze all kinds of berries and vegetables. Machines are equipped with additional lines for cleaning products from the skin, cutting them into cubes, slices and cleaning of seed. For storage of finished products to the company commissioned a 3-storey building with established freezers «YORK INTERNATIONAL» companies with an automated tracking system for the temperature in the chambers. Also on the territory of the company installed equipment for the production of jams, juices and canned products. All fruits and vegetables carefully selected, sorted, and also held preliminary lab tests in our own laboratory enterprise. In addition, the production process, the enterprise specialists necessarily sent product samples to the State Laboratory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the passage of proper analysis. All products are made without adding any flavorings, preservatives, and dyes and certified by the competent authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Period of production with the help of quick freezing, as well as the production of jams and juices closely depends on the season of ripening fruits and vegetables in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
