Company Description

Gentler Industrial Co., Ltd. Was established in August 1973 and started producing cast iron and malleable iron pipe fittings mainly for export market and domestic sales. Practical attitude, honesty, and honor lead Gentler grow remarkably through the world oil crisis and the Asian economy recession.
Since early 1980s, the economy of Taiwan has stepped into a New Era with the increasing cost of labor and the wakeup call of environmental protection, Gentler followed the trend by switching to a high value-added and low-polluted production lines. The Ductile Iron of the Grooved couplings and fittings were firstly introduced to the local market. In order to meet the great demand of oversea customers, Gentler began to search for the recognition of international standard organization. In April 1986, Gentler became the first company in Taiwan to obtain both the UL Listing and FM Approval on one of our line, the "Ducco" brand. Again, in 1998, Gentler was approved and accredited by ISO 9002.

Our products have been widely used in many famous projects in Taiwan, such as Taipei City Hall, Taiwan Underground Railways, Kaohsiung Tuntex Sky Tower, Pacific SOGO Department store, and Taiwan TAOYUAN International Airport, etc.
Up to now, Gentler has more than 250 items approved by the international standard organization, especially the product under "Ducco" brand. Our products are commonly used in the field of fire protection, cold & hot water supply, drainage and sewage process, mining and tunnel construction, etc.
