COMPANY OVERVIEW GILDA S.A. is a unique-model- food production establishment based in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki covering 5000 square meters in total equipped with state of the art production equipment and operating under the strictest international food safety standards. GILDA S.A. is specialized in producing fresh ready-meals, under central agreements with commercial companies, to be distributed straight to the consumers. Also, it has been producing several "dishes" and pastry products for catering purposes in athletic camps and banquets. All of the products are manufactured based on the exact specifications requested by the customers. In the company&＃039;s roster one can find experienced in modern cuisine chefs, working along food technologists and dieticians under the strict supervision of a quality assurance- quality control team. The company has 60 employees year-round. From the very beginning of its operation (2003) Gilds S.A. has been awarded by the European Inspection and Certification Company ����¯�¿�½������¢������¯������¿������½������¯������¿������½ EUROCERT ����¯�¿�½������¢������¯������¿������½������¯������¿������½ the Certificate of Quality System ELOT ����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½������¯������¿������½N ISO 9001:2000 and the Certificate of Food Safety Management System HACCP ELOT 1416:2000 & FAO/WHO CODEX ALIMENTARIUS. In March 2009 the company upgraded its certification by receiving-after audit- the "Certificate of Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005" No. 1 77/����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������¡/2009 Issued: 11.03.2009 Valid until 10.03.2012 The exceptional company operation is also certified by the positive results of repeated inspections of the local authorities. Gilds S.A. operates with all the appropriate authorizations (Ministry of Industry, Municipal, etc) The company began its operation May 2003 with two customers: GILL! DIET and TASTE N DIET Thessaloniki. In January 2004 TASTE N DIET Athens was included and in September 2006 the clientele was complete with GILLI DIET Athens.
