GLOBAL DISTRIBUTING, LLC mainly focused on wholesaling and distributing fashion clothing & accessories to online and offline retailers worldwide, as well as reselling absolutely no broker-markup stock lots priced below production cost directly straight from China-based manufacturers / factories to worldwide markets strictly as a commission agent, thus providing the lowest cost to our global buyers. The stock lots we deal in are strictly order cancellations (not leftovers), overstocks, surplus inventory, clearance, closeouts, canceled shipments as well as strategic over-productions of apparel, bags & purses, garments, footwear, home textiles and supplies. We also accept custom-made orders according to customers' exact designs and specifications.

As far as factory warehoused stock lots are concerned, each and every individual stock lot is pre-inspected for quality assurance prior to posting them online. Even with existing defects, if any, on any stock lots, we always reveal honestly to all global buyers the true quality status about them, putting ourselves in our buyers' positions when they are dealing with us. We consider and treat ourselves more as a service provider between our buyers and the manufacturers / factories by converting the stock lots into cash than simply a stock lot reselling commission agent.
