Global Star Pro, Inc American based company, located in Los Angeles area. Our company have a direct Seller of Russian Export Blend Crude Oil (REBCO). We can start supplying min. of 100.000(MT) +/-5 % per month and after a 1(one) year we can increase the quantity. Contract shall be effective for 12 month. Delivery FOB at the Russian port, located on the Baltic or Black Sea. The price of crude oil shall be established in US dollars for NET barrels on the basis of the arithmetic mean of three (3) days average quotations around the Bill of Lading date, published by "PLATT'S Crude Oil Market Wire", line "URALS" FOB (Primorsk or Novorossiysk), minus NET USD per barrel to the Buyer. The quality of each delivered lot of Crude Oil at the Port of Loading shall be tested in the manner determined by the mutually agreed upon Independent Inspector, which shall be chosen from the "SGS" or "SAYBOLT" Inspection compny.
