The production lines are imported from America, including CTL, Coil Roll, Welders, Trimmers, Flare Press, 1st.Rool, 2nd.Roll, 3rd. Roll, Expander, V-hole. The test equipment includes Rim and Disc strength test equipment, Disc bending fatigue test equipment, radial run-out and lateral run-out inspection machines etc. The production capacity is 200 pcs/hour each line. The American technicians have taken care of the production. There are painting line & e-coat line as well. Our major products are steel wheel and steel rim, with painted or e-coating finish for Trailer, Passenger Car, Truck, Lawn Mower, Golf Cart etc. with any Bolt Pattern, windows, Offset etc. The Co. makes 12 to 17 inch steel wheels in varied specifications. Rim steel with SAE1008/1010 HRPO is made by Shanghai Baosteel Co., Ltd. Our customs are mainly in USA and Europe. Quality authentication is according to Tire and Rim Association DOT, USA.
