Excell self-production covers 96% of the entire production process, with departments that include Powder coating, plastic rejection, tape slitting, product assembly and steel press, all of which play an important role in keeping each and every order delivered on time. Excell is able to control the quality at each phase of production. In addition, Excell has designed and developed its own automated production equipment and facility.

Excell has also integrated a Supply Chain system for over 3000 components. This Supply Chain is a 'process' that transforms raw material and components into finished products which are eventually sold to consumers or users.
