In business for 45 years at the same location, Gombar's Fabrics is a treasure trove of vintage fabric, sewing patters, trims, lace, costumes and clothing. Gombars Fabric feature bolts of vintage brocades, polyester prints and solids, cottons, and knits, as well as artificial fur in at least a dozen colors, colored burlap, and fleece. Sewing patterns date between 1940s and 1990s, many have never been cut. Vintage laces and trims are available in quantity and are in excellent condition. We also have zippers in quantity, in every color and length, and buttons, countless buttons. Also available are bridal slips in tea length and full length in a variety of sizes. The vintage clothing includes beautiful hats and dresses, outrageous 1970s ties, and men's jackets. Prices on most of these fabrics have not changed since they arrived at the store: it would be difficult to offer wholesale prices on fabrics are $1.98/yard BUT we are offering 30% off on ALL fabrics. We have regular hours: weekdays 9-5 and Saturdays 9-3 but if you contact us we will be more than willing to open specially for you!
