GPLAST PVT LTD, GPlast an ISO / TS16949:2002, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Company, part of UMS Group Of Companies (GEDEE WEILER, WATERTEC, GTTI & UMS Technologies) Located in Coimbatore, South India. Our Range of Business: (1) TOOL ROOM & Laser CUSING DIVISION Manufacture of Plastic Injection Moulds and Pressure Die Casting Dies (have built more than 3500 Tools till now). As first time in India capable of manufacturing Laser CUSED® inserts with Conformal cooling (as hybrid tool building inserts). (2) DIE CASTING DIVISION Manufacture & supply of Pressure Die Casting Components with precision machining this shop is equipped with 6 Die Casting Machines including Frech 125 T Hot chamber machine. (3) PRECISION MACHINING DIVISION A full fledged machining Set-up for handling Secondary operations (machining work) on Die Cast Parts. The latest machines are in place, viz, Makino 3-AxisVMC, Hermile 5-Axis VMC, etc. (4) INJECTION MOULDING DIVISION A Modernized Molding shop equipped with 19 latest molding machines. Able to mould high engineering plastics, like, Nylon, Zytel, Ultem, ABS, PC, PP, etc. (5) ENGINEERING & DESIGN The Engineering and Design Centre has the latest Software and equipped with the up to-date technologies.
