Guangxi Jinfeng Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd, established on 2008-06-15, and it was Guangxi Beiliu City Jinfeng Machinery Accessories Factory before 2010-03.
From 2008-2009, Guangxi Jinfeng Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. mainly offered the semi-finished flywheels to JinChuang factory because of the limited casting department and technique, a few dozens of workers.
By the end of 2009, with the increased orders from YuChai, the requirements of finished products, the production and processing equipments were introduced in. As the matures of casting technology, continuous improvement of machining products, more and more customers require us to offer the flywheel assembly products. Then more and more high technology equipments were brought in such as dynamic balancing machine, high-speed carbon and sulfur analyzer, R&D equipment etc. And over 3000, 000rmb was invested in the new advanced equipments development in 2014. Meanwhile, about 35,000 square meter new factory was built and will be put into use by the end of 2014.
After years' development, now we have 6 production lines with 400 skillful workers, in Production Technology Department, Quality Inspection Department, Sales Department, Finance Department, Engineering Research Department etc. So ODM or OEM is always welcomed by us.
With strict requirements on quality, our products has passed ISO/TS 16949 international quality management system test. Over 230 kinds of flywheels, flywheel assemblies, flywheel shells, exhausted pipes, clutch housings and gears rings range from agricultural vehicles, commercial vehicles, passenger cars and so on. And we have built a strong marketing network covering 32 provinces, cities and regions in China, cooperating with Yuchai, IVECO, CUMMINS, Shangchai, Weichai, Yunnei power, CSR, exporting to Southeast Asia, North America, South America, EU markets etc.
