(formerly named as Chengxing Ad & Decoration Materials Co., Ltd.) is a leading manufacturer of PVC advertising and decoration materials in China. Guangzhou Licai Plastic Composite Materials Co., Ltd. principle products include cold lamination film, self adhesive vinyl for advertising, PVC decoration film and edge banding etc. Our company covers an area of 30,000 square meters (including our two production bases) and currently has more than 100 employees with over 20 technicians.

We are a Taiwanese-owned enterprise. Our major production lines, such as PVC calendaring lines, lamination lines, glue coating lines and printing lines are the most advanced ones introduced from Taiwan area and Germany. To guarantee the quality of our products, our raw materials are mainly introduced from Taiwan area, and our products are not only supplied to China but also Southeast Asia, Europe, America and Africa.
