1. Q: How to order products?
A: 1) please send us your purchase order (products information: model number, quantity, voltage and plug. )by email.

2) shipping information: Company name ,address details ,phone number, fax number.

If you need the sea way, please tell us the sea port
If you need the air way, please tell us the air port.

3) we will do PI for you. There is the bank information in the PI, you can pay for them by the bank account. Please pay for the bank charge when you pay for them.

4) we will arrange that for you after you sent us the bank copy.
We will sent the bank copy to show you we have gotten your pay after we get them.

5) delivered time: in normal, we will sent them out after 3-7 working days after we get your pay according to your quantity.

6)we will sent the packing photos and tracking number to you after we sent them out .

7)we will follow up your transport until you get your order.

A: We are the manufactory in Guangzhou.

A :The shipping cost according to the weight. packing size and your area.

4. Q: what is your warranty?
A:Our warranty is 1 year. Feel free to tell me if there is any problem after you get the products. We will try our best to help you. if you need some parts to replace, most of parts are free .and you need pay for the shipping cost. So we suggest sent the parts to you with your next order together.

5. Q:How do you ensure the quality control?
A:we control the quality by three steps: the workers will check them one by one again when they finish them, after the workers finish the checking,. After 10 hours testing . our products manager will check them all again. Before they are packing, the package worker will check them again to make sure everything is ok.

6. Q:How is your price superiority?
A:our plant works with everything from the raw material to the finished product.

7. Q:Is any work done by subcontractor?
A:our orders are filled on a strict rotation basis and we do not work done by sub contractors. We are full self-sufficient. We have laborites quality control and packaging department all here.
