Over the years, in 2000, GSCL was demerged into threecompanies and GPL is one of them, incorporated as a public limitedcompany and registered in October 2000. Since inception, GPL is adividend paying company and listed on Bombay Stock Exchange("BSE"). In January, 2015, it has been listed on National StockExchange of India Ltd.
