GUNTAS GUNDUZBEY COTTON YARN AND WEAVING FACTORIES INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. CORP. GUNTAS A.S. is the producer and exporter of cotton yarn. We would like to introduce our company and its products to you.
Our company name is GUNTAS and our head office is in Istanbul, Turkey. We have been associated with the textile industry for the past 50 years. We produce Carded, Combed and Compact Ring Spun 100% cotton yarn in our yarn factories with capacity of 60 tons/day. We do export to several countries of Europe, mainly to Portugal, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Greece and Poland.

'Total Quality' is the first aim of Guntas. Along with best the raw material provided from world markets and qualified labour force and technology, desired products are obtained. Production is carried out with the best and state of art machines like Rieter(Switzerland), Murata(Japan). The quality of the raw material we use and the yarn we produce are regularly checked with the newest lab testing machines (Uster Afis Pro2, Uster Tester5, Premier Tensomaxx 7000) at every stage of the production. Foreign fibre cleaning of the raw material is done with ultraviolet lights and Jossi Sorters and controlling the yarn at winding is done with Uster Quantum Expert3 Pro system.
