At same time of exhaust, clean air from regeneration storage canister passes open 22 into dryer, to throttle hole 11, dryer canister 15, chamber 2 and exhaust valve 4 to atmosphere. When air from down to up flow through powder dryer, take away all moisture on the surface, exhaust it to atmosphere, make regeneration and activation to dryer. When the pressure of main air circuit connecting to open 21 downs to working pressure value, piston 8 move at operation of position back spring, valve 7 closed, valve 10 open.
