Our Production factory has more than 1,200 employees, including 110 engineering technicians, 5 advanced technicians, and 15 engineers at present. We are a private limited company which takes advanced glass bottle production technology and key marketing staff members as subjects. Our Production factory covered an area of 104,000 square meters with total investment of 150 million Yuan. We have two joint glass bottle production companies, one Bottle Cap Branch Company and one Glass Bottle Downstream Deep Processing Company. The glass tank furnaces include one 45 square meters glass tank furnaces, three 30 square meters glass tank furnaces and one 26 square meters glass tank furnace. The machine facilities include two production lines with 24-six-section machine (double-gob and drum-timing), eight production lines with 48-six-section machines (single-gob and drum-timing), one for three manual machine production line and two manual earthen jar mouth production lines, and together with matched system, such as power supply, water supply, gas supply system.

We have nearly 60 thousands middle and top grade glassware. There are more than 1,500 kinds of main products including white spirit bottles, yellow wine bottles, beer bottles, infusion bottles, food bottles, beverage bottles, large diameter bottle cans, nutrition bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetic bottles, control bottles, glassware and glass art ware. We are good at special designing, producing, and deep processing and finishing such as printing, enamel firing, spray finishing, frosted finishing and hot stamping according to users' requirements. The products meet not only the domestic needs, but also meet the need of overseas markets. Nearly 35% of our products are exported to the United States, France, Kuwait, Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries and regions, winning user's praise.

Our Production factory focuses on technological progress and enterprise management, adopting advanced kiln automatic control system, product automatic inspection system, pipeline electrical and gas heating automatic technology, inner surface of glass bottle rich silicon processing technology, cold and hot end coating technology.
