There are 150 workers in our factory, with one expert who has 20 years experenice of producing and managing shuttlecocks. On each procedure, there are one quality controller who ensures our shuttlecock quality. All of our clients pay much attention to the durability and stability of the shuttlecocks, and so do we. Firstly, our factory is located in Anhui Province, where has been well-known as The First Feather Village in China, and where has collected 80% of the total feathers from everywhere of China. Many famous shuttlecock manufacturers such as Yonex, Victor, RSL buy the feathers from our location. Therefore, we have rich and fresh feather resource, and we have positive position to use the freshest feathers for our shuttlecocks. As you know, fresh feathers will make the shuttlecocks more durable. Secondly, after the shuttlecocks are finished, we will test the flight stability and speed in order to meet clients&＃039; request. We will test each single shuttlecock&＃039;s stability first, then test the speed. When we test the speed, we always ask a skillful worker to recheck the stability. That is to say, we test the stability for twice, which can ensure the staibility will be good enough. So far, our shuttlecocks have been sold to USA, West European countries such as Denmark, Germany, UK, and Asian countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Korea.
