henzhen wellmold &plastic xxxxxll Mold and Plastic Products Co. LTD, is a manufacturer of plastic injection mold and plastic parts. established in 1999 by rich experienced CNC engineers. Our company has 150 employees with the buildings covering 1500 M2. At present we are now building new factory which will cover 23000 M2. we have planned to move into our new factory by November. We will install some new machines at our new factory ,such as : 10 injection machines with big clamping force, 1 imported computer-controlled Wire-cutter, 1 ZNC EDM machine , 1 high-speed CNC machine,1 3D instrument, etc. Our philosophy is " human resources priority " . we are now striving our best to improve the working & living conditions for our employees which will look like their family, which will be the foundation of our development.We design and make injection molds for overseas and domestic clients for a long time. Most of mold weights are between 50 KG and 8 Tons; Our suppliers are LKM,ShengDu,ZhanJian,Punch,JinHong etc, The core/cavity steels are P20(LKM818H, LKM838H, NAK80, CENA1), AISI420(LKM420,2083,2316,S136), H13(LKM2343, LKM2344, LKM2344Super) etc; Our components of molds are DME and HASCO standard from Europe.
