For almost a decade, HEP Group has been active in the global lighting industry, by introducing energy efficient lighting control gears and marketing initiatives that go in sync with the latest lighting trends and solutions towards a greener environment. HEP's gears cover almost of lamp types available such as electronic ballasts for fluorescent, metal halide and high pressure sodium lamps, emergency inverters, transformers, LED drivers, and RGB control units. HEP's strongest product strength is in the dimmable gears, including dimmable ballasts for fluorescent lamps and LEDs and the daylight sensors. The newly introduced dimmable electronic ballasts for 250W High Pressure Sodium lamps used in street lightings is a further commitment to green lighting.

HEP Group currently has a dedicated team of some 500 staff globally. His market dominant is in Europe, managed by HEP TECH CO., LTD German sales team in HEP GmbH. HEP's strength in product design and technical know-how derive from his team of German engineers housed in HEP Germany R&D lab. The headquarter in Taiwan houses the management, global sales team Europe, and HEP's second R&D center.
