5 Delivery THito biotec conty (20) days after the receipt 100% each month contract amount of RDLC from the Buyer s bank, the Seller shall deliver first batch of the Commodity to the destination of delivery
6 Terms of Payment Buyer shall issue an Irrevocable Auto Revolving Transferable fully payable 100% Documentary Letter of Credit at sight issued or confirmed by world top 25 banks to seller s nominated bank in favour of the Seller against the contract The validity of each Documentary Letter of Credit will be 90 days
7 The third party documents other than the Invoice Parties are acceptable
8 Banking Procedures
8 1 Seller issues FCO to Buyer
8 2 Buyer issues ICPO + BCL to Seller
8 3 Buyer and Seller must sign the Contract electronically and send back to each party for signature by email. Buyer and Seller will exchange four (4) hard Copies by courier, two each.
8 4 After exchanging contracts Buyer shall issue the Non-operative RDLC Irrevocable Transferable fully payable 100% at sight to Seller s bank within 5 international bank days.
8 5 Within 10 international banking days upon receive the Non-operative RDLC from Buyer s bank, Seller shall issue total value s 1% of Performance Bond for Buyer and active Buyer s the non-operative RDLC.
8. 6 Inspection by SGS and Shipment of the first batch will commence within 20 (Twenty) days from the date the RDLC is actives at Seller s bank.
