Terms of Payment: MT103 or acceptable Bank Guarantee Loading Port: The loading seaport is Apapa and/or &＃39;Cotonou Port&＃39; in the Republic of Benin which is the border seaport to Nigeria. We would want a situation whereby the buyer will come to Nigeria and inspect the commodity and if satisfied, the buyer will then be required to sign sales/purchase agreement with our company and we commence shipping. We don&＃39;t want a buyer that will come and sign contract with our company and it takes weeks or months for the transaction to actually commence. On the issue of photographs of the commodity, we have recent photographs of the commodity available in our office but we have stopped sending photographs of the commodity to buyers and/or agents through internet as we recently discovered to our greatest surprise that most agents use such photographs to scam potential buyers and in most cases rip them off. Given this development, we prefer inviting buyers for physical inspection of the commodity and the buyer will be allowed at the inspection site to snap or take as many pictures of the commodity as may be necessary during the inspection. Please, kindly understand this position very well. Please, note that our minimum offer is 30,000 metric tons.
