Capacity: 10 production lines for volume orders
Five specialists of pattern making come with over 10 years' experience each - readily to render samples for you. Three to five days is all we need to have a customized sample ready. Operating as many as 10 production lines and 950 sets of machines imported from Japan and Germany, we can output up to 500,000 pieces monthly - filling your volume orders with ease. With our seasoned R&D staff, we can release 30 to 40 new designs monthly, keeping us abreast with current trends.
Quality: seasoned inspectors and international approvals
Our QC department consists of up to 50-60 experienced inspectors, who conduct stringent procedures to ensure highest quality. And there are 50 to 60 stable material mills cooperating with us for more than 10 years, providing us durable raw materials.
