Now we have owned 7 forge and press production lines based on the up-to-date 6300T screw press imported from Germany, 7 heat treatment production lines based on the continuously CNC hardening and tempering furnace, 12 machining lines based on machining center imported from Japan and CNC machine tool, 5 tie production lines based on machining center possessing advanced level inland. Our annual capacity are 50000 tons of forging parts, 1000000 pieces steering knuckle, 500000 pieces shackle, 500000 pieces flange, 800000 pieces arm, 380000 sets drive and driven gear, 200000 pieces communicating axes, the annual sale is 500 million RMB.
